Prohibits requiring nondisclosure agreements related to sexual harassment or assault as a condition of employment.

This law prohibits an employer from requiring an employee, as a condition of employment, to sign a nondisclosure agreement, waiver, or other document preventing the disclosure of sexual harassment or sexual assault and makes it unlawful for an employer to discharge or otherwise retaliate against an employee for disclosing or discussing sexual harassment or sexual assault. The law does not prohibit confidentiality provisions in settlement agreements related to sexual harassment.
