Requires certain hotels to provide panic devices to certain hotel employees for protection against sexual assault and other dangerous working conditions while performing housekeeping duties.

Requires specified hotel employers to provide a “panic button” device to employees assigned to work in a guest room without coworkers present. If the device is activated, a designated staff member must respond immediately to the worker’s location. Employees who believe they are in danger are allowed to stop working and leave the area immediately to await assistance.
