Requires anti-discrimination and harassment prevention policies and measures within building and construction trades apprenticeship programs.

This law expressly prohibits discrimination in any building and construction trades apprenticeship program on the basis of certain enumerated categories, requiring each program to maintain an equal opportunity pledge in its apprenticeship standards and other publications; designate one or more individuals to oversee the commitment to equal opportunity and to maintain compliance records; implement procedures to ensure apprentices are not harassed or discriminated against.
