Expands protections against retaliatory defamation lawsuits for survivors of sexual assault, harassment, or discrimination who speak out about their own experience.

Clarifies that claims of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and discrimination made in good faith are protected speech, disallowing employers from bringing retaliatroy defamation lawsuits. Also provies prevailing defendants in retaliatory suits the right to recover reasonable attorney fees and punitive damages.
