This law provides that a nondisclosure agreement that limits, prevents, or punishes the ability of any person to produce evidence regarding past instances of sexual harassment or sexual assault by a party to a civil action are unenforceable.
Makes unenforceable any nondisclosure agreement which limits production of evidence regarding sexual harassment or assault.
