Expands the law to require postsecondary educational institutions requesting job applicants sign a statement declaring whether the job applicant had been the subject of any substantiated findings of sexual misconduct by any scholarly or professional association or is currently undergoing an investigation by a scholarly or professional association for sexual misconduct. The statement also authorizes the associations to which the applicant belongs to disclose to the employer any sexual misconduct the job applicant committed. If the applicant discloses that an association has made such a finding, the institution must also request the association to provide information related to the finding of sexual misconduct committed by the job applicant.
