Provides that an individual subject to a non disclosure agreement is not prohibited from responding to a peace officer’s or a prosecutor’s inquiry or making a statement not initiated by that party in a criminal proceeding. Also prohibits NDA’s in settlements related to sexual assault or sexual harassment involving public funds.

Allows an individual who is bound by an NDA to break the NDA if responding to an inquirty during a criminal proceeding and prohibits NDAs in certain settlements involving public funds.
