Prohibits employers from requiring as a condition of employment that an employee enter into an NDA or any agreement that prevents the employee from disclosing civil rights violations, including harassment and discrimination. The legislation also prohibits employers from imposing non-disparagement agreements that prevent employees from disclosing any type of unlawful conduct, including civil rights violations. Any contract provision that violates the bill’s prohibitions is void.
