Yale New Haven hospital employees have secured hazard pay through a petition. The hazard pay funding is known as the “COVID-19 Recognition Award” and allocates a 5% pay bump based on total hours worked in the run-up to and during the public health crisis. This does not include leaders at the director level and above.
