This bill directs the Division of Human Rights of the Department of Law to develop recommendations regarding businesses, enforcement mechanisms, and causes of action and civil remedies, to address discrimination in compensation based on sex and race. The bill requires the Division to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly no later than November 30, 2020.
