Let’s follow the lead of women workers as we emerge from the pandemic.
On October 21, Latina Equal Pay Day, we convened partners, allies, and advocates to share strategies on how to protect and advance essential workers’ rights. Our vision: boldly rebuild our nation’s labor and care structures.
Build power and make change with us at the 2021 Latina Equal Pay Day & Essential Women Workers Virtual Summit, co-hosted by Equal Rights Advocates, Justice for Migrant Women, and Parent Voices.
The Summit was free and open to everyone, especially women and gender-expansive workers in low-paid sectors, parents, advocacy partners, unions, and policymakers. The Summit featured worker action sessions, surveys, story collection, and policy/organizing strategy discussions.
